I have a love of nature, gardening, dogs, living healthy, and so much more. I live in Connecticut in a small and cozy home. My journey in life has had many ups and downs but I pull the good out and focus on what I can learn and grow from each experience. Living clean and healthy has always been a passion of mine and Qivana has helped me with my health and my passion of helping others. My belief is by helping others you help yourself. You can do this in many different ways; it does not always need to be financially. Giving of your time, just listening, or even donating your hair are some of the ways you can help.

This blog is going to be a culmination of many parts of my life all with the intention of paying forward by sharing information in the hopes that I reach those who are looking for answers or even just that nudge to send them in the right direction.
